Whitetail, named for our large deer population, is our sweetest white wine. It has the full Riesling flavor, yet it has far less sugar than Riesling wines. Our low tannin wines are naturally sweeter. Our Hillside Rose has the aroma and flavor of a Tawny Port, but it is not a port wine. Its lower sugar and alcohol content makes it smoother and less syrupy than a typical port.
